She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Phelan and Marion Phelan; and her brother Edward Phelan. She is survived by: her siblings, Albert Phelan and Judith Crowhurst. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Elizabeth R.C. Church, 220 E. Blancke Street, Linden NJ 07036, in her memory would be appreciated.
