He is survived by: his wife Alice Randall-Riley; his sisters, Elizabeth Eisenmenger of St. Johns, FL and Julia Kupas of Cumberland, MD; and his extended family, Linda Randall of Parsippany, NJ, Don Randall of Clifton, NJ and Bill Randall of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
