She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Mary Perillo; her husband Nicholas, Sr.; and her brothers, Carl Perillo and Carmen Perillo.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony LaPoma (Gale), Nicholas, Jr., Leonard LaPoma (Tim) and Linda Rodriguez (Noel); her grandchildren, Jaclyn, Jennifer (Frank), Kanden, Rachel (Chris), Anthony (Erin), Zachary, Michael, Stephen and Christian; her great grandchildren, Giovanni, Delaney and Henry; and her siblings, Loretta Hodgkin and Thomas Perillo.
