As we bid Josephine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Josephine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Aretino. She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Michael (Carol) and Carolyn; her grandchildren, Jessica (Malcolm) and Nicholas; and her great grandchild Georgina. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home (841 W Bay Ave, Barnegat Township, NJ 08005). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (747 W Bay Ave, Barnegat, NJ 08005).
The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Josephine Racioppi's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Barnegat.
