He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas and Gyda (Johansen); his close friend Lorraine LaGreca; his children, David of Barnegat and Cheryl (Carl Stilo) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Cynthia and Carl Jr. (Shawna Noland) of Colorado; his wife Bernice; his siblings, Eleanor and Thomas; and his sister-in-law Marguerite.
