He was predeceased by: his parents, James McIntosh and Rose McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Timothy McIntosh, Kevin McIntosh (Barbara) and Kimberly Goodwin (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Erin, Ryan, Jack McIntosh, Grace Goodwin, AJ Goodwin and Kaylee Walsh.
