She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Sullivan and Barbara A. Sullivan (Chouinard). She is survived by: her husband John R.; and her son John T. She is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Flowers are preferred from family members only, but as Carol was a past member of the Stratham Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and lifetime rescuer of dogs at the NH SPCA, please feel free to make a donation in her memory to either organization.
