He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Jones; his spouse Valerie-Ann Chadwick (Perreault); and his children, Debra Perry (Budd) of Portsmouth, NH, Sarah Desmarais (Ernest) of Wells, ME, Austin Chadwick (Lisa) of Moneta, VA, Julie Gile (Dennis) of Alfred, ME, Wendy Chadwick of Sanford, ME, Adam Chadwick (Andrea) of Westfield, NJ and Jacob Chadwick (Courtney) of West Bridgewater, MA.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
