He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Duggan Sr.; and his brothers, Kevin Duggan and Michael Duggan. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Duggan (McNamee); his children, Alicia Mezzoni (Christopher) of Dracut, MA, Robert Duggan III (Amanda) of Ashby, MA and Christopher Duggan; his grandchildren, Chase, Evan Mezzoni, Jamison and Evelynn Duggan; and his siblings, Kathleen Major (Barry) of Haverhill, MA, Patricia Martus (Phillip) of Greenfield, NH, Carol Duggan (Joseph Michaud) of Haverhill, MA, Dennis Duggan (Joanne) of Merrimack, NH and Charles Duggan (Eileen) of Merrimack, NH.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
