He was predeceased by: his parents, John Low and Bethia Low (Davidson). He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his children, Mary Jane Liebke (Steven Oliver) and David (Anita Low); and his sister Helen Pert. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
