He was predeceased by: his wife Constance Margaret Winn; his parents, Agnes Burke (Quinn) and Florence Burke; and his sister Claire Burke. He is survived by: his children, Francis E. Burke, Jr. (Cindy) of Hampstead, NH, Susan Burke Byrne (James) of Olney, MD, Terence M. Burke (Melissa) of Andover, MA, Steven M. Burke (Kathleen) of North Hampton, NH, Matthew Q. Burke (Sharon) of Atkinson, NH, Anthony J. Burke (Paula) of Topsfield, MA and Alison L. Burke of Manchester, NH.; and his sister Barbara Begley of North Hampton, NH.. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
