She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shimmin and Helen Shimmin (Sawyer); her brothers, Edward and Herbert Shimmin; and her husband George H. Schofield III.
She is survived by: her children, George H. Schofield IV (Marie) of Lakewood, CO, Linda J. Brown (Kevin) of Breckenridge, CO, Lauren S. Emmick (Marty) of Middleton, MA and Robert G. Schofield (Melanie) of Moultonborough, NH.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
