He was predeceased by: his father Edward R. Maxfield Jr.; his sister Debora; and his nephew Scott. He is survived by: his mother Doris Maxfield (Cleary); his siblings, Charlene Kreiensieck (Wayne), David Maxfield (Jan) and Marcy Whitcher (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Mizzau, Jill Alexy, Haley Kreiensieck, Kayla Whitcher, Ryan and Jack Whitcher.
