He is survived by: his parents, Kristan Welch and Matthew James Jordan Sr.; his stepmother Florita Jordan; his sisters, Kelsi Jordan and Brianna Welch; and his stepsisters, Franscisca Waite, Samantha Brulotte and Erin Jackson. He is also survived by his wife, children, mother, father.
