He is survived by: his parent Olive Estabrook (MacAskill); his siblings, John Estabrook of Plaistow and Mary Duchemin (Edgar) of Haverhill; his nieces, Cheryl Martin (Kevin) of Groveland and Melissa Pillsbury (Andrew) of Plymouth, MN; his nephew Richard Cook Jr.; his significant other Rhonda Hailson of Salisbury; and also, Bobby and Charles Estabrook of Boston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
