He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. and Mildred C. Hornbeck (Lane). He is survived by: his spouse Elaine Hornbeck (Robinson); his children, Suzan E. Hornbeck of York Beach, ME and Brian M. Hornbeck (Suzanne) of Bear, DE; his grandchildren, Nicholas W. Hornbeck (Ashley), Rebekah E. Hornbeck, Brianna L. Bundy, Hunter R. Bundy and Madison L. Hornbeck; his great grandchild Jake A. Hornbeck; his brother-in-law Howard B. Robinson of Amherst, NH; and also Schenectady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
