He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurora Mattson, (Kazanjian) and Carl E. Mattson, Sr.; his brothers, John Mattson and Carl Mattson, Jr. (Claire) of Tewksbury; and his father-in-law Raymond Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Mattson (Martinez) of Nashua, NH; his child Chrissy Mattson of Medford; his granddaughter Miranda Mattson; his brother Jim Mattson (Linda) of Wilmington; his niece Jennifer Brunet (Matty); his nieces and nephews, Deven Pearson, Braylan Santos, Haley Santos and Greyson Gray; his mother-in-law Dorothy Martinez; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Santos (David), Kimberly, Catherine, Kelly, Michelle, Max and Samantha Gray (Owen); and also Rylee. He is also survived by his three brothers.
