He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Kouchalakos and Clara Kouchalakos (Kostoulakos). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Miller); his children, William S. "Bill" Kouchalakos (Ellen) of Nashua, Evan Kouchalakos (Leslie) of Merrimack and Christina Eftimiou (George) of Nashua; his grandchildren, Sam Kouchalakos, Zach Kouchalakos, Arianna Kouchalakos, Steven Kouchalakos and Alexander Eftimiou; and his brother James Kouchalakos (Connie) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sam's name to AHEPA Scholarship Fund, Chapter 35, 681 West Hollis Street, Nashua or to St. Philip Greek Orthodox Church, 500 West Hollis Street, Nashua.
