She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carroll and Jeanette Carroll (Foisey); her husband Warren A. Burgess, Jr.; and her brothers, Robert, James and Joseph Carroll.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Burgess and Glen Burgess (Jenn Monroe); and her grandchildren, Crystal, Alicia, Katelin and Gracie. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Mary's name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
