He is survived by: his parents, Jose Hernandez and Evelyn Collazo Rivera (Collazo); his siblings, Vivian Collazo, Isaac Velez, Karina Santiago, Ernesto Santiago, Rosalinda Collazo, Marielita Torres, David Torres, Henry Torres, Steven Torres and Yamilette Nieves; and his aunt Lissette Collazo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that he loved deeply; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
