He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henley and Zelda Henley (Harrigan). He is survived by: his wife Iona G. Henley (Clarke); his daughters, Roxann U. Henley of Marlborough and Rochell I. Dennehy of Marlborough; his siblings, James Henley of Atlanta, Roy Stout of St. Thomas, U. S. V. and Juliette George of St. Thomas, U. S. V.; and his grandson Tiberius Dennehy of Marlborough.
