She was predeceased by: her father Harold Leonard; her husband Arthur "Peewee" Follensbee; her sons, Brian Follensbee and Stephen Follensbee; and her brother Harold Leonard, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John Follensbee (Judy), Lynn Dutile (Ed) and Kevin Follensbee (Janice Bartley); and her siblings, Jeanne Phelps and Peter Leonard (Elin). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
