He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Lee Pepper and Florence Pepper (Vosper); and his brothers, Bruce Pepper and Donald Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Mary Juliet "Julie"; his children, Laura Pepper (Laurie Cass), Mark Pepper, Eric Pepper (Justine) and Annette Belanger (William); his sister Diana Gaudet (Leo); and his sister-in-law Josephine Pepper. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
