He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin Bouwens, Kenneth Bouwens and Bryce Bouwens; his stepsons, Michael Clinton and Gary Clinton; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Elliot Rose, Camryn, Caitlyn and Marilyn; and his siblings, Dennis Bouwens and Loralee Greene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
