He is survived by: his daughters, Kadence Flack and Kyleigh Flack; his parents, Bonnie Martin of Loudon, NH and James Chester Flack of Laconia, NH; his brothers, Cory Russell Flack and Bill Dalton; his aunts, Patty Spooner, Susan Guay, Jane Pillsbury and Nicolette Stillwagon; and his grandmother Joan Geary.
