She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Smith and Ruth Smith (Eastman); her daughter Ann Niskala; and her grandson Nathan Niskala. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Bragg of Hinsdale, David Halfpenny (Louise) of Jaffrey, Steven Halfpenny of Keene and James Halfpenny (Shelley) of Center Barnstead, NH. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
