Boulter of Hampton, New Hampshire, born in Nashua, New Hampshire, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cournoyer and Geraldine Cournoyer (Langlois). She is survived by: her husband Robert Boulter; her pets, Skipper and Willow; her daughters, Amy (Edward Koester), Laurie (Anthony Pecce) and Lisa (David Cox); her sister Jill Pinard; her granddaughters, Hailey and Hannah Pecce; and her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Schenian, Andrew Cox, Cody and Jake Koester. She is also survived by her nieces, a nephew, many extended family members and dear friends.
Memorial donations in Lucy's memory can be made to the Stratham NHSPCA as well as Cornerstone VNA, Rochester, NH.
