DeCosta (Ciuffetti) of Hampton Falls; his children, Lori DeCosta (Christopher Dennis) of Arlington and Anthony DeCosta (Cassandra) of Stow; his grandsons, Samuel, Leo and Luke; his sister Kathleen DeCosta of Leominster; and his nephews, Chris, Michael, John and Aidan.
