He is survived by: his friend Kathy Dietrich; his daughters, Lisa Cotter (Daniel Cotter), Leeann Allen and Mary Nadeau; and his grandchildren, Michael Campbell, Jessica Allen, Dominic Cornwell and Nathan Cornwell.
SERVICES: Private graveside services will be held at Blossom Hill Cemetery, in Concord, N.H. Memorial donations may be made in Phil's name to the Franklin Animal Shelter, 19 Rescue Rd., Franklin, NH 03235.
