We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2019, at the age of 92, Melvin Piper (Franklin, New Hampshire) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard B. Piper and Iva M. Colby; his siblings, Merlin, Douglas and Beverly; his children, Carol J. Walters (Kevin Hall) of El Paso, TX, Barbara G. Richards (Terrell) of Claremont, NH and Michael E. Piper (Jayne) of Montclair, VA; his grandchildren, Carrie M. Flynn, Jessica L. Roberts, Lindsay R. Nicholson, Bradley E. Piper and Bryan M. Piper; his great grandchildren, Brady, Casey, Murphy Flynn, Conley, Piper Nicholson, Brody Piper and Blakely Piper; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Flanders and Arthur Goodearl. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Franklin Fire Department or the Congregational Christian Church of Franklin, or blood donations may be made to the American Red Cross.
