She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Welch and Anne Welch (DiMeglio); her children, Richard Ross Benner of Alvarado, TX and Amy Caroline Benner of Franklin; her grandchildren, Aubrey and Annike Benner of Burlington, VT; her sisters, Beverly Shovar of Ashburn, VA and Virginia Stone of Yucaipa, CA; her husband Richard Carroll Benner; and her daughter Pamela Diane Benner.
