It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Higgins (Franklin, New Hampshire), born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Higgins and Estelle Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Lee Higgins; his grandchild Arianna; his son Adam Higgins of Manchester, NH.; and his siblings, Peter, Mary and Paul. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
