He is survived by: his parents, Wilbur W. Ball, Sr. and Dorothy Ball (Woodward); his wife Bette L. Elliott; and his children, Nancy Cahill of Franklin, Jodi Barnes, Debra DeLucca and Nancy Plebanksi of Georgia.
