He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Chartier and Frances Chartier (DeCosta); his children, Katie Lemieux, Angela Livingstone, Candace Emery, Kelsey Emery, Albert Chartier, Jr., Christopher Chartier, James Simoneau and John Simoneau; and his grandchildren, Caylee Livingstone, Jackson Stanton and Zoey Colburn. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren as well as friends.
