We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Pettengill of Exeter, New Hampshire, born in Groveland, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Goutier and Catherine Goutier (Spencer); her husband Robert M. Pettengill Sr.; and her children, Sharon Olofson (Ted) of Newmarket, Richard Pettengill (Lorraine) of Lebanon, Robert M. Pettengill Jr. of Plaistow, Linda Chase (Jeff) of Greenfield, Susan Bezanson (Buzzie) of Plaistow, Jeffrey Scott Pettengill (Jennifer) of Parsonsfield and Lori Jean Moore of Pensacola, Fla.. She was also cherished by 26 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 20th at 11 a.m. in Hillside Cemetery, Haverhill, Mass. Flowers are acceptable or memorials may be made to Rockingham County Nursing Home, Patient Activity Fund, 117 North Road, Brentwood, NH 03833.
