With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William P. Burke Jr. of Derry, New Hampshire, born in Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 11, 2022 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William P. Burke Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burke and Mary Burke (Simpson); his wife Muriel Burke (Orne); his sons, Steven Burke, Scott Burke and Christopher Burke; and his sisters, Helen Foreman and Virginia Zuk.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Smith of Derry, Kathleen Proctor of Bradenton, FL, William Burke of Lawrence, MA and Kenneth Burke of Claremont, NH; and his sisters, Gertrude Daley of Malden, MA and Phyllis McDonald of North Reading, MA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
At the family's request, all those in attendance are required to wear face masks while in the funeral home.
