He is survived by: his parents, Ronald A. Watman and Doris Watman (Howard); his sons, Kyle A. Watman and Shane A. Watman; the mother of his children Jeanne Watman; his brothers, Keith A. Watman and Ronald A. Watman, Jr.; his nieces, Danielle and Nadia; and his nephew Andrew.

“I have known Bill for many years. If you wanted an image of 2 people who irritated each other the most- it would have been Bill and myself. He absolutely loved his boys. I remember times when he would try to get his kids excited about doing stuff and they weren't so thrilled it.. it was actually kind of funny..
