Carol I. Chase Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2021, at the age of 78, Carol I. Chase of Derry, New Hampshire, born in Manchester, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foley and Irene Foley (Kent). She is survived by: her husband Henry Chase of Derry; and her children, Stephen Chase (Michelle) of Derry, Mark Chase (Sue) of Hudson, NH, Christine Dustin of Derry and Pamela Philbrick (Jay) of Derry. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.

At the family's request, all those in attendance are required to wear face masks while in the funeral home.
