He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mague and Priscilla Mague; and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his cousin Jonathan; his wife Kathy; his children, Jeremy (Danielle), Steve (Claire) and Anna (Garrett); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kaylee and Genevieve; his siblings, Joel (Suzanne) and Deborah; and his sister-in-law Francie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Given Ben's humanitarian character, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund by Global Giving or the American Heart Association.
