She was predeceased by: her father David Okuma. She is survived by: her mother Ann Yakuma (Warashina); her husband John Coffey (Jack); her children, Jack Coffey and Mariko Coffey; her siblings, Reid Yakuma and Kristi Yakuma; her father-in-law John Coffey (Jack); and her sister-in-law Tierney Coffey. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
