He was predeceased by: his parents, William Anthony and Donna Anthony (Sykes); and his brothers, Mike Anthony and Jim Oldfield. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Weinman; his sons, David Anthony Jr. of Wymore, Blake Anthony of Rolla and Brandon Anthony of Wymore; his grandchildren, Kadron and Brantley; and his siblings, Mark Anthony of Beatrice, Kim Chapman of Grand Island and Audrey Williams of Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
