He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Kjolhede and Glenda Kjolhede (Novotny); and his son Casey Winkler. He is survived by: his fiancée June Winkler; his daughters, Sara Wichmann (John Paul), Amy Habe (Ryan) and Carly Winkler; his grandchildren, Stella, Kadyn, Harper, Colvin, Casen, Henry, Kyler, Kenzlyn and Ellianne; and his siblings, Chris Kjolhede, Cindy Klein (Mark), Teresa Kalkwarf (Jeff), Lynn Zumpfe (Keven), Matt Kjolhede (Kim) and Roxy Hayek (Daryl).
