He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Hayek and Blanche Hayek (Jelinek); his wife Nancy Maas; his children, Tracy Petracek (Tom) and Scott Hayek (Donna); his grandchildren, Rachel Havel (Lucas), Matthew Petracek, Haley Johnson (Kolby) and Trevor Hayek; and his great grandchild Haegen Havel.
