It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard D. Vlasak of Wilber, Nebraska, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaclav J. Vlasak and Mary Vlasak (Pracheil); his wife Betty June Vlasak (Kolar); and his stepbrothers, Irvin Vlasak and Stanley J. Vlasak.

He is survived by: his son Dale A. Vlasak (Cindy); and his granddaughters, Kiley and Audreah of Minnetonka, MN..

Memorials in lieu of flowers will be donated to a local charity yet undetermined.
