He is survived by: his children, Deb, Marvin (Bev) of Wilber and Randy (Kim) of Wilber; his wife Virginia Sasek; his daughter Donna Pedersen (Jon) of Wilber; his sister Rose Zoubek; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Brian), Adam, Erica Pallas, Eric, Nathalie Sasek, Cody Sasek, Riley Sasek, Mitchell, Alicia Sasek, Tasha Pedersen and Kyle Pedersen; and his great grandchildren, Mason Sasek, Aspen Sasek, Miles Pallas, Vincent Pallas and Remi Sasek.

“I'm so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. What nice memories I have of a gentle, kind man. I remember when I was just a young teenager, staying at my Grandma Anna Sasek's house, Joe and Ginny moved into a little house across the street when they first got married. I spent a lot of time visitng with them on their front porch for a number of years. Wish I could be there for the funeral. I'll be thinking about you, Ginny, and the rest of the family.
