He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schneider and Amanda Schneider (Mae); his son Richard; his siblings, Jerry, Robert (Bob) and Steve; his siblings-in-law, Ben Mellor (Charles Starr) and Elizabeth Schneider; and his pets, Abilene and Wrecks.

He is survived by: his brother Ron; his son Randy (Lisa); his wife Lucille Krick; his children, Chad (Cody Oil) and Paula (Shane); his siblings, Joan, Lloyd (Caroline), Patricia and Stanley (Rita); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Faubion and Marjorie Schneider (Lucille); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon, Henry and Blake. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.

He didn't let little things like a truck accident, a couple of car accidents, a close shave with an ultralight, a bad heart, chasing down armed criminals, bladder cancer, Covid, or leukemia get in his way.
