He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Lade and Christy Lade (Bartels); his daughter Autumn; his grandson Dawson; his wife Katlyn McClusky; his son Dawson; his brother Seth Lade (Chrissy); his nieces and nephews, Serena, Draven, Piper, Kennedy and Landon; his sister Hannah Karbowski (Travis); his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Abel, Brantley, Riley and Elijah Lade; his grandparents, Bob and Mildred Bartels; his parents-in-law, Jason and Teresa Peterson; his sister-in-law Kylie McClusky; his children, Braden, Charlotte and McKayla Kortus (Tyler); his grandchildren, Ezmae and Ashton; and his brothers-in-law, Rowen Campbell, Christopher McClusky and Bartels. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
