He was predeceased by: his father James "Leonard"; and his sister Jan Louise Weakland. He is survived by: his mother Deanna Weakland Weilage (Farrar); his stepfather Gene of Summerfield, KS; and his siblings, Leann Pohlman (Dean) of Eagle, Jackie Hippen (John) of Lewiston, Jean Pohlman (Larry) of Syracuse and Michael Weakland of Tecumseh. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and nineteen great nieces and nephews.
