Mercedes Clifton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2019, at the age of 88, Mercedes Clifton (Tecumseh, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kramer and Dorthy Kramer (Ottens); her husband Ray Clifton; her son Bradley; and her grandson Nathan Clifton.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Clifton (Carole) of Bennet, Scott Clifton (Diane) of Tecumseh, Sherry Stephens (Vern Ray) of Tecumseh and Michael Clifton of Waverly; her grandchildren, Steven Bouwens, Laurie Sader, Michelle Haller, Bonnie Chapman, Nicole Clifton, Timothy Clifton, Raymond B. Clifton, Cheryl Hardenberger, Shawn Clifton, Kendra Gottula, Casey Clifton, Justin Clifton, Ryan Stephens, Levi Clifton and Alex Clifton; her half-siblings, Connie, Sandra, Pamela, Debra, Merry and Dennis Kramer; and her sister-in-law Rose Kerner of Tecumseh. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
