It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ruth Wagner of Tecumseh, Nebraska, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Shoemaker and Oda Shoemaker (Woodruff); her former husband Charles Wagner; her son Craig; and her husband Chuck.
She is survived by: her son Randy of Tecumseh. She is also survived by four grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one brother.
